Multiple Pedestrians Struck By Vehicle Near Courthouse In Rockville: Police (Developing)

Three people were hospitalized in Rockville when a driver struck them not far from Montgomery County Circuit Court.

Shortly after 2:30 p.m. on Thursday afternoon officers from the Rockville City Police Department were called to the the 100 block of East Montgomery Avenue, where there was a reported crash with pedestrians involved.

Police say that three people were taken to area hospitals with "various injuries."

No additional details were released by the department.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing. More details are expected to be released.
